Activate the altar.  use "E" on keyboard

Check an order on the altar for sending a monster to necromancer.

 Find monsters to kill them and take their parts for altar.  use "Q" on keyboard for attack

 Place in the correct places on the altar.  use "E" on keyboard

Send an order to a necromancer.
